an space reflecting my journey of self-discovery and adaptation after moving abroad to study. In the bustling and unfamiliar environment of London, this piece captures my initial struggles with cultural and language barriers. It focuses on the concept of forced smiles as a way to cope with new situations, resembling adult behavior in an overwhelming world. The title, inspired by Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit," symbolizes the shift from youth to adulthood. This artwork is not only a personal expression but also a narrative about cultural assimilation, depicting the challenges and growth in adapting to a new environment.
