Time enslaves us all, yet we each experience it uniquely. It's formless, eluding capture. This work prompts reflection on our relationship with time, as we grow alongside it. Using familiar objects - outdated CDs, discontinued iPads, and old TVs - I recreated 12 months of my unforgettable birth year. Emptied TVs display iPads showing a 1-minute monthly video followed by a black screen, with a CD attached to each as a 'canvas.' These 'monthly books' form a clock on the ground, the flowing images acting as minute hands. Lying down, viewers follow the pace, becoming part of the 'clock,' turning viewers into time's minute hands. This interactive piece redefines past experiences, inviting viewers to fill gaps with empathy. In this journey, we're both memory's travelers and time's partners, shaping our present and future.
