Xize Xu’s creative journey began as a singer and has evolved into photography and installation art.

As a multi-disciplinary artist, she explores and delves into the complexities of self and identity through installation, photography, and moving images. From improvisation in music to the convergence of Eastern and Western cultures, she reveals societal fractures and marginalized voices with subtlety and depth, incorporating elements of absurdist art. She has a preference for everyday objects, imbuing them with new life, and through the beauty of simplicity, she seeks meaning in silence and finds depth in the absurd.
